DPD and Royal Mail, our delivery service suppliers, are also dedicated to your safety. You will no longer be required to sign for any deliveries and they will be delivering products while adhering to the distancing requirements suggested by the government.

Returns & Refunds
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! Our goals are excellence in customer service and your satisfaction. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your order, you can cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned at your own expense and must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. We recommend that you use a Recorded or Special Delivery service for the return of goods; please contact us before doing so.
We will refund any item returned within 7 days from receipt, excluding original postage costs, by reversing your payment through our payment processors. We cannot refund for any products that have either been opened or used.

HOW DO YOU STORE CHLORELLA, SPIRULINA, ASTAXANTHIN, WHEATGRASS AND BARLEY GRASS?POUCHES
Our foil pouches for tablets and powder are made of PET/AL/PE laminate materials that comply with legislation for food contact. They offer an excellent barrier against moisture, vapour, gases and UV light and they keep the contents stable, fresh and dry. Once opened, use contents continuously until finished. These foil bags can be resealed – locate the easy-tear notches on the sides and tear; to re-seal, just press the two sides with the zip-lock seams together at the top. Keep pouches sealed at all times.
Our container tub for the powder and capsules is made from PTE plastic which also has ultraviolet inhibitors to prevent UV light from penetrating and damaging the contents. After each use, keep the container air tight so that no air gets to it. If you purchase tablets or powder in bulk, please ensure that you transfer the product in a sealing container, such a tupperware. Don’t use wet hands
when taking the tablets or capsules out of the tubs.
- Keep pouches and tubs stored in a cool, dry place away from humidity, strong smells and direct sunlight or light.
- Products do not need to be kept in a refrigerator.
- Stored properly, your nutritional supplements can likely retain stability for at least 2 years.
Enjoy your super green foods!
Occasionally, some of the vacuum packs may loose their vacuum; this is due to small punctures during transportation or malhandling by the Post Office or courier. This does not affect the quality of the contents whatsoever, we suggest you use those pouches first.
UK orders from Chlorella Europe Goods to the UK are sent by Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Signed-For Service; it takes no more than 1-3 days to deliver; in most instances, goods arrive the next day.

Goods destined for the rest of the world may take a little longer, but on average it takes 7-10 business days.
In all instances, you will be notified by e-mail acknowledging your order and confirming shipping details. Please ensure that our e-mail address is added to your ‘safe list’ and not blocked by spam/junk filters. Goods are despatched in secure envelopes or cardboard boxes; wherever possible, we aim to use recycled materials.
How to Order
We have simplified the buying process and made it as easy and pleasurable as possible. Browse all of our products as a guest by selecting the appropriate product category from the shopping menu on the right. Prices can be displayed in Euro, British Pounds or US Dollars, depending on the shipping address – the prices that you see are the prices you pay with no hidden extras.
Credit Card Payments
Paying online by credit/debit card through PayPal or SagePay
Once you have selected the currency (based on your area of residence) and the product you wish to purchase, put the chosen product into the shopping basket; repeat the process for as many products as you wish.
Existing users can login using e-mail and password.
New users can then either shop as guests or create a new account for easier future purchases. As guests, you will be asked to fill in your name, e-mail and address.
Any discount coupon codes can be entered before getting redirected to PayPal’s or SagePay’s secure website for credit/debit card details and final payment.
Paying by cheque
You can also order by personal cheque drawn in a UK bank in Pound Sterling. Please make cheques payable to “Chlorella Europe” and post your order with your name and delivery instructions to:
