Chlorella Europe may change or withdraw any part of www.chlorella-europe.com at any time without notice. We may also terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of www.chlorella-europe.com upon breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Chlorella Europe and may only be amended in writing.

www.chlorella-europe.com may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written permission. In the result of any waiver in respect to our terms we reserve the right to hold all terms relevant in the future.

Guarantee

We are confident that you will enjoy the health benefits of Yaeyama Chlorella. If for any reason whatsoever you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the goods for you or refund you - we have a no-quibble money back guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Purchasing

You can purchase any of our products via our website. All prices seen on the website are final and include VAT as required. All payments are taken in your chosen currency and all credit/debit card transactions are handled securely via PayPal and WorldPay. Once your order has been placed and completed online, we will receive notification by PayPal or WorldPay and you will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your order. This e-mail simply confirms that your order and all relevant details were received and are progressing through our system.

If it is reasonable to do so, Chlorella Europe may cancel any order and not supply products and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time without notice. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Every order is treated as individual and will be processed as such. If we are out of stock of the item you ordered, we will advise you immediately of an estimated date of dispatch. If the delay is not acceptable to you, we will refund your payment.

We cannot be held responsible for local regulations that may affect the importation of health products into your country. All overseas shipments are at the customer’s own risk. Any local import duties, taxes or release fees are the customer's responsibility to pay.

If there are any specific packaging requirements, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform us when placing their order.

Delivery Policy

As soon as the goods are ready for shipment, we will notify you by e-mail with all the relevant details. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2 p.m. Monday to Friday on the day your order is placed. Orders received after this time, or at weekends, will be dispatched the next working day. We do not guarantee to post any orders between 3 p.m. Friday and Monday midday, although we often process orders on Saturdays.

Shipment to the United Kingdom is by Royal Mail First Class or First Class Signed For delivery and will reach you in 2-3 days. Overseas shipments are by Royal Air Mail or International Signed For delivery and will reach you in 3-5 days. To the U.S.A. and Canada can take a bit longer.

Before raising a query, please allow 7 days in the UK and 14 day overseas.

Returns & Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel your contract with Chlorella Europe within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging. We will refund any item returned within 14 days, excluding postage costs, by cheque. Items must be returned to us by certified mail - please contact us before returning any goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Response Time

We will respond to any customer queries by phone or e-mail within a maximum of 24 hours.

We are dedicated to safeguarding and preserving your privacy when visiting our site or communicating electronically with us. With the exception of your e-mail address, we do not hold any other information about you.

All of our payment systems are operated by Paypal and WorldPay, and as such, we do not receive or store any financial information you enter via this site.
